Appraisal Experience
Seasoned experience in Pinellas County, Florida since 1968 when associated with Ross A. Alexander, MAI of Clearwater. James Millspaugh & Associates was founded in June of 1980 in Clearwater.
Member: Appraisal Institute with the MAI designation (Certificate #6087), Pinellas Realtors Organization,National Association of Realtors
Past Affiliations: President of The Gulf Atlantic Florida Chapter of the AI (formerly Florida Chapter No. 2), Admissions team leader for the West Coast Florida Chapter, Chairman for the National Ethics Administration Division of the Appraisal Institute, Region X Member of the Appellate Division of the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. James (Jim) Millspaugh is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ58) and has served as a pro-bono expert witness for the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board.
